Dear Parents and Carers,

I am writing to share the outcome of our recent consultation regarding our current 4pm finish on Monday afternoons.

Firstly, I would like to thank everyone who took the time to share their views with us. Your feedback is incredibly valuable as we work together to provide the best possible environment and schedule for our students.

The consultation showed overwhelming support for removing this additional session. Following this successful feedback, we have decided to move forward with this change.

What this means for your child:

• Effective Date: Monday 1st June 2026

• New Monday End Time: School will finish at 3:05 pm instead of 4:00 pm.

From Monday 1st June onwards, the school day on Mondays will align with the rest of our standard weekly timetable, meaning students will be dismissed at 3:05 pm every day.

We believe this adjustment will support student well-being while ensuring we maintain our high standards of learning throughout the rest of the week.
