Amy joined CAL as Assistant Headteacher for Attendance and Belonging in September 2026. Amy is an enthusiastic and determined school leader, who has many years experience working on curriculum, SEN and teacher development in challenging contexts in London. She is passionate about social justice and believes that all students should have access to high quality education, regardless of their background.

Amy is excited about leading on the promotion of a culture of belonging at CAL and supporting students to see the value in attending school. She is really looking forward to joining and celebrating the community at CAL.
