Dear Parent/Carer,

As your child prepares to transition to Co-op Academy Leeds, we would like to invite you to our SEND Open Evening.

This is an informal drop-in event for young people who have SEND, and their families.

At this event you can:

● Meet the SEND team, including our SENCO, Mr Hallam.

● Tour our SEND facilities and classrooms.

● Ask specific questions regarding your child’s SEND support plan and provisions available.

Date: Thursday 9th July 2026

Time: 15:30 – 17:00

Location: SEND Department, Co-op Academy Leeds (Stoney Rock Lane, LS9 7HD).

There is no need to book for this evening; please feel free to drop in at any time during the session.
