    Dear Student,

I am pleased to inform you that your exam certificates from Summer 2025 will be available to collect from our Main Reception from Monday 15 December 2025 between 10am and 2pm.

If you are collecting your certificates in person, you will not require any ID.  If you require a third-party person to collect your certificates on your behalf, please fill in the form on the reverse of this letter.  The third-party collector must have this form or a written letter giving your consent and also proof of their ID.

Please be reminded that your certificates are legal documents and therefore the school can only retain them for 1 year after the stated collection date and then they will be destroyed. Replacement certificates will be charged at approximately £50 per certificate and will be available from the individual exam boards. All certificates will be checked by the person collecting the certificates, and signed for upon collection to ensure their accuracy. The school will not be held liable for any inaccuracies once the certificates have been signed for.

  • Co-op Local Community Fund

    Published 06/11/25

We’re delighted to share some exciting news; Co-op Academy Leeds has been selected as one of the Co-op Local Community Fund causes for 2025–2026!

Our project, CAL Community Pantry, has been chosen as one of three local causes that Co-op Members can support in our area. This means that every time Co-op Members buy selected Co-op products and services, 1% of what they spend goes towards local community causes, and your votes can help our school receive a larger share!

    How You Can Help
    1. Become a Co-op Member
If you’re not already a member, join online at www.coop.co.uk/membership or by downloading the Co-op App.

    2. Choose Co-op Academy Leeds as Your Local Cause
Once you’re a member, log in to the Co-op App or website, go to “Membership” → “Support Your Local Cause” and select Co-op Academy Leeds – CAL Community Pantry.

    3. Shop and Scan Your Membership Card
Every time you shop at Co-op and scan your card, you’ll help raise funds for our project.

    About Our Project

Our project aims to increase the community's access and longevity to receiving nutritious foods and ingredients that people can cook with to feed their families for years to come. This funding could help us partner with food wastage and distribution organisations to allow us to access more culturally appropriate and healthier foods to help feed families.

The more people who choose our school as their cause, the more funding we’ll receive to make this happen. There’s £6,000 available to share between the three local causes — and every vote counts!

    Stay Involved

The Co-op App goes live with all the local causes from Sunday 19th October. You’ll be able to see our school listed and start supporting us straight away.

Don’t forget to tag @coopuk and @Co-op Academy Leeds when sharing online to spread the word!

Thank you for your support - together we can make a real difference in our school and local community.

    Natalie Jones
    Headteacher, Co-op Academy Leeds
